Giant snails
We were delighted to welcome giant snails into school last week. The children had a fantastic time seeing and holding them.
Growing and learning through faith, family and friendship.
I am extremely proud to be the Acting Headteacher at Emmanuel Holcombe CE Primary School, supported by a highly skilled, caring and dedicated team of teachers and support staff.
Emmanuel Holcombe is a small, Church of England Primary School, nestled at the foot of Holcombe Hill. Our vision is that Jesus came to give life in all its fulness and that through faith, family and friendship, each of us can grow in love and learning. We place huge importance on being tolerant, building resilience and developing enquiring minds.
At Emmanuel Holcombe we are passionate about providing an education relevant our pupils’ needs both now, and in the future. The children are at the heart of every decision we make and all of our staff believe there is no limit to what our children can achieve. We strive to provide exciting, creative and meaningful learning experiences, which inspire hope, ignite the imagination and instil a love of life-long learning.
We are dedicated to building a Christian community, which thrives on mutual respect, shared values and positive relationships. Children learn best when there are strong links between home and school and so we encourage families to work in partnership with us, to help each child to achieve their full potential.
I hope you enjoy finding out more about our school by browsing our website. Visits to school are encouraged and welcomed: we would be delighted to show you around our school. We also pride ourselves on open communications, so if you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact school.
I look forward to meeting you.
